Tony Martin: Fax Central' Service Department, Tony Martin speaking. How may I help you?

Vera Steiner: Hello, I'm calling because I sent you my fax machine to be repaired about five weeks ago, and I still haven't got it back.

RZ2984/W56.1 sent it to you on the 28th of January, and it's now the 9th of March and I still haven't got it back. It seems a very long time - and I'm sure I was told I'd have it back within two weeks.

Tony Martin: I'm very sorry, Ms Steiner, I'm just trying to find out what's happened - I'm just checking through our records.

Tony Martin: Well, I'm just checking. Yes, we received your fax machine on the 30th of January, and according to my records it was repaired within four days and was then ready for dispatch on the 7th of February.

Vera Steiner: So why hasn't it arrived yet? It must have got lost. How did you send it?
